Trade Show Booth – Strategy, Execution & Engagement

 For a major industry trade show, I led the end-to-end planning and execution of our company’s booth experience. This included coordinating cross-functional teams across marketing, sales, and creative, managing vendor relationships, and developing a content strategy that aligned with our brand goals. I created a pre-show outreach plan, designed interactive booth materials, and implemented a lead capture system that fed directly into our CRM. The result: a 132% increase in qualified leads compared to the previous year, stronger brand visibility, and actionable post-event insights that informed future event strategy. 

Proprietary Accelerator Launch – Go-to-Market & Stakeholder Alignment

I spearheaded the go-to-market strategy for a proprietary accelerator program designed to help clients scale faster with tailored support. Working closely with product, sales, and executive leadership, I developed positioning, messaging, and a phased rollout plan. I created internal enablement materials, external launch assets, and a campaign calendar that spanned email, social, and web. To ensure alignment, I presented weekly progress updates to capability leaders and adjusted tactics based on feedback and performance data. The launch drove early adoption, generated new pipeline opportunities, and positioned the program as a strategic differentiator in our portfolio.
