Launching an Enterprise Innovation Ecosystem

I led the internal launch of a new enterprise innovation ecosystem designed to centralize how ideas are submitted, developed, and shared across the organization. Before this initiative, innovation efforts were fragmented—teams generated strong concepts, but there was no unified process for intake, prototyping, or publishing completed work. The new system introduced a central hub for idea submission, asset discovery, progress tracking, and final publishing, paired with a governed environment for AI‑driven prototyping. Together, these solutions created a seamless lifecycle: ideas entered through the hub, moved into the prototyping environment when technical development was needed, and returned to the hub for organization‑wide reuse.


To drive adoption, I developed clear messaging, tailored communication for different teams, and step‑by‑step onboarding instructions that made it easy for employees to get started. I also coordinated a live demo session and produced supporting materials to help teams understand how the ecosystem fit into their workflows. The launch delivered immediate value by reducing duplication, increasing visibility into in‑progress work, and giving employees a consistent process for moving ideas from concept to completion. This project highlights my ability to translate complex systems into clear narratives, align cross‑functional teams, and execute structured go‑to‑market plans for internal technology solutions.

Launching a Proprietary AI Accelerator for Enterprise Scale

As the product marketer leading the launch of a new proprietary AI accelerator, I owned the complete go‑to‑market motion, from strategic messaging and positioning to content development and internal enablement. The accelerator unified the full AI lifecycle for enterprises, bringing together business prioritization, rapid development, and automated governance into a single operating model.


I translated a complex, multi‑pillar technical framework into a clear, compelling value narrative that addressed core enterprise challenges such as fragmented tools, slow delivery cycles, and governance risk. I created all customer‑facing and internal assets, including product decks, one‑pagers, sales flyers, and education materials, ensuring consistent storytelling across product, engineering, sales, and leadership.


My work articulated the accelerator’s differentiators — objective prioritization scoring, democratized creation through low‑code and pro‑code workflows, tool‑agnostic Git integrations, and continuous governance monitoring — and equipped internal teams to confidently position it as a strategic enabler for organizations seeking to scale AI responsibly and efficiently.

Trade Show Booth – Strategy, Execution & Engagement

For a major industry trade show, I led the end-to-end planning and execution of our company’s booth experience. This included coordinating cross-functional teams across marketing, sales, and creative, managing vendor relationships, and developing a content strategy that aligned with our brand goals. I created a pre-show outreach plan, designed interactive booth materials, and implemented a lead capture system that fed directly into our CRM. The result: a 132% increase in qualified leads compared to the previous year, stronger brand visibility, and actionable post-event insights that informed future event strategy.
