How I work

I take a human‑centered approach to product marketing and enablement, shaped by my background in art and education. I focus on helping teams understand complex products through clear narratives, supportive tools, and systems that make information intuitive and accessible. I blend thoughtful communication, cross‑functional collaboration, and scalable workflows that strengthen clarity and confidence across an organization.

Sales Enablement

Product Marketing

Product Marketing

Enablement is most effective when it feels supportive, grounded, and genuinely useful. I design programs and tools that help sellers explore, ask questions, and build shared understanding.

  • Playbooks and talk tracks: Practical guidance that supports confident conversations.
  • Demo flows: Structured walkthroughs that make capabilities feel clear and approachable.
  • Training environments: Spaces where teams can learn, practice, and build confidence.
  • Content ecosystems: Systems across Salesforce, Highspot, and CRM workflows that make information easy to find and use.

Product Marketing

I believe product marketing begins with understanding the product, the customer, and the problem being solved. My approach centers on clarity, narrative, and practical usefulness.

  • Positioning and narrative: Clear stories that connect technical depth to real customer value.
  • Messaging frameworks: Structured guidance that helps teams communicate consistently and confidently.
  • Capability explainers: Content that makes complex systems intuitive and accessible.
  • Persona‑based communication: Materials shaped around how different audiences learn, decide, and engage.

GTM Strategy

Product Marketing

GTM Strategy

My GTM work focuses on alignment, by helping product, engineering, sales, and leadership move into market with clarity and shared purpose.

  • Launch planning: Processes and materials that support readiness and coordinated execution.
  • Cross‑functional workflows: Systems that bring teams together around a unified narrative.
  • Narrative alignment: Ensuring every launch reflects both capability and customer value.
  • Scalable processes: Repeatable structures that shorten cycles and strengthen consistency.

Case Studies

How I help teams move through complexity: modernizing content, launching new capabilities, and strengthening enablement across the enterprise.

Highspot Implementation & Enterprise Transformation

Challenge:  Content lived across disconnected systems, making it difficult for sellers to find accurate materials during a period of enterprise‑wide capability expansion.

Approach:  I led the internal Highspot implementation and Salesforce integration, rebuilt content architecture, and created playbooks, demos, and messaging guides that reflected new AI, data, and engineering capabilities.

Outcome:  Sellers gained a unified, intuitive enablement ecosystem that improved readiness and reduced friction. The new system supported 80+ product launches, strengthened cross‑functional alignment, and contributed to strong revenue performance.

External IP Accelerator Launch

Challenge:   The organization needed a clear, customer‑ready narrative for a new IP accelerator designed to help clients adopt emerging capabilities more quickly.

Approach:   I developed the product narrative, messaging framework, demos, and persona‑based content that made the accelerator’s value intuitive and accessible. I also supported GTM planning and cross‑functional alignment.

Outcome:   The accelerator launched with strong internal adoption and clear customer understanding. Sellers felt prepared, and the offering contributed to $280M H1 2026 revenue, reinforcing the impact of thoughtful, human‑centered enablement.

Enterprise SEO + Digital Content Modernization

Challenge:   As the organization expanded into new technical domains, its digital content was outdated, inconsistent, and not optimized for discoverability — slowing GTM execution and limiting customer clarity.

Approach:   I created 15+ SEO‑optimized pages, refined product narratives, and built capability explainers that connected technical depth to customer value. I partnered with product, engineering, and marketing to ensure accuracy and alignment across all digital assets.

Outcome:   The modernized content supported 50+ digital launches, improved search visibility, and strengthened enterprise‑wide communication. Teams gained clearer, more consistent materials that improved customer understanding and accelerated adoption.

Jess is, without a doubt, one of the most dedicated people I've had the privilege to manage. Her willingness to jump in on any task, no matter how big or messy, is unmatched, and it's a big part of why I'd hire her again in a heartbeat if I had the chance.

Jess has a genuine gift for breaking down complicated solutions so senior leaders, sales teams, and cross-functional partners can actually understand and act on them, it's honestly a work of art to watch. Her background in art education gives her a real edge here: she understands how people learn, not just how to explain something once, and pairs that with design skills that are an absolute lifesaver when we're building programs or tools from scratch. Add in her strategic mind, and you get someone who doesn't just simplify information, she builds real alignment around it.

Jess is also never afraid to share her point of view. She brings product, sales, and leadership together and builds the messaging, tools, and systems that help people understand not just what we're building, but why it matters and how to talk about it with confidence.

Any team would be lucky to have her. I certainly am.

Jess is the kind of marketing strategist you don’t come across often—the kind you fight to keep on your team. She didn’t just do her job at Alchemco; she owned it. Every project, every challenge, every last-minute pivot—she handled it all with precision, creativity, and an almost unfair level of talent.

Jess is the kind of marketing strategist you don’t come across often—the kind you fight to keep on your team. She didn’t just do her job at Alchemco; she owned it. Every project, every challenge, every last-minute pivot—she handled it all with precision, creativity, and an almost unfair level of talent.

Jess has that rare mix of strategic thinking and executional firepower. She sees the big picture, connects the dots, and then actually makes things happen (which, let’s be honest, is where most people fall flat). Whether it was fine-tuning messaging, optimizing campaigns, or keeping marketing operations running like a machine, she crushed it every time.

I could hand her something complex, vague, or straight-up chaotic, and she’d not only figure it out but deliver something better than I imagined. No babysitting, no hand-holding—just results. She made my job as Director of Marketing easier, and I’d bring her onto my team again in a heartbeat.
